I've been reading (and adding people like mad) to my circle today! I'm always on the lookout for more anime/manga friends and educated discussion. :D

I keep a lot of my journal locked, because I mix posts a lot with discussions about my R/L and job, which... I can't really discuss in public.

No need to add me back, unless you want to. I'm pretty good at commenting. :D

comments

I'm interested to know what my rlist is looking for from me. I haven't talked much fandom here - although honestly, I haven't been talking much fandom at all lately - and mostly whine about my life behind locked posts. However, I have been posting quite a bit for 3w4dw and my posts range all over the place.

I'm curious to know what (if anything) people are enjoying and what they'd like to see more of. (And no, I won't quit whining about my life behind a lock. LOL. If you want to opt out, feel free. If you want to opt in, let me know!)

Also, to anyone who may stumble on this journal through 3w4dw, please feel free to stick around.
Importing My LJ

Okay, I've made the decision to import my "main" LJ to DW. I intend to keep crossposting to both. I also have a fic LJ that I do not believe I will import at this time. I think most of the people interested in reading any fic I write will read it on LJ and I'd like to keep comments all in one location.

I will crosspost fannish things to that LJ and here as well, I suppose.

I'm doing this both to have a back up of the last x years of journaling and because I'm meeting a lot of awesome people here on DW and feel like they have no way of getting to know me, since I keep a lot of my personal life under lock and most of my writing for sharing that isn't fannish was on my main LJ.

So... it's a compromise. And someday, I may go ahead and import the fic LJ here, too, and just use both.

But, wish me luck. I'm in queue to import and it makes me nervous.

I also confess, I was won over by the promise that my tags, friend groups, and icons would be imported as well. ♥

ETA: I think it worked. And damn, was that fast!

comments
