Ooh, I may have to attempt something with that edamame idea, since I have a bag in the freezer. It's a one pound bag, which may be bigger than your frozen bag. I was wondering what the heck to do with all of it!
I'll probably use frozen corn, since I tend to like that better than canned, and I'll substitute parsley for cilantro - I'm one of those people who have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap - but at least you've given me a great idea!
