Oh man, I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for you! lol That was amusing.

I got lost right outside of my dormroom in college on my first day there. I was trying to find the bathroom, because I had to pee! I stood there like a nutcase for almost fifteen minutes, dancing around and hoping somebody would come down the hall. Very embarrassing moment.
