How do I make a post that uses the code to signify DW if I'm on LJ? Or vica versa.

I mean, if I link to bewize, it links to this journal here on DW. If I wanted to specify the LJ version of bewize, how would I do that?

The off-DW coding version of DW usernames can be found at the bottom of username's profile; you can cut/paste it, which is brilliant.
