Saudi Woman sentenced to 300 lashes for filing complaints - Sometimes I wonder why I don't see more outrage about stories like this. This is 2010 and Saudi Arabia's laws regarding women are unacceptable.

Boycott Target? - If a company votes with its wallet for business issues, and it's candidate opposes gay marriage, should we boycott? Alas, I think so. Target, see above comment about this being 2010 and your behavior and attitude being unacceptable.

There are a lot of thinky-type thoughts floating around in my brain, but I'm too tired to get them all out. I think I can sum it up like this, though:

Don't be a douche. And don't think that something gives you the "right" to be a douche. It doesn't. You're just a douche with a cause.
