For Fuck's Sake

Facebook has "suspended" my account temporarily due to "suspicious" activity. I need to add my mobile phone number to verify, only when I do that, it seems as though my number is already connected to someone else's account.

Of course, I can't find a damn thing on this fucking site to actually *help* me, so.... help? What do I do now?
