When I was in high school, and we had to read "Ode to a Grecian Urn," I decided quickly that it was the bane of my existence. As is most poetry.
When I was selected to read a portion of it, I referred to it as "Ode to a Grecian Pot" - which caused my teacher to do a spit-take. With an amused smile at my deadpan reading voice, she informed me after I was through that she had based all of her post-graduate work on that awful poem.
But by the end of the year...she, too, was calling it a "pot."
Excellent intro; very nice to meet you and look forward to more. :D
