I also bought Jillian's 30 Day Shred and have dug up my hand weights so that I have options instead of all the running. But, honestly, it's the easiest and fastest work out I can do.
Free weights can be pretty time-efficient too! lifting_heavy_things has some good resources, if you're interested in doing some weights work.
