Welcome! I love new friends, especially new exercise minded friends. :D

The 90 Days of Madness is something that a friend of mine started after talking to her doctor. In 65 days, she's lost 34 lbs and her confidence level has shot up. It's been amazing to watch.

So I jumped on the bandwagon. Today is day 14 for me (I've got a ways to go!), but already I can tell a HUGE difference in my stamina and my ability. Not to mention that I've dropped about 8 lbs already.

The plan is pretty simple - at least 20 minutes of exercise a day. Do whatever you like, because this isn't a "training" program as much as it's a plan to get addicted to exercise.

Personally, I run, because it's the easiest and fastest (and also because I suspect it will have the best results in terms of weight loss). I also take a belly dancing class on Wednesday, so that is my day "off" running for sure.

I picked up Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred, which I'd like to try, but getting the TV during a time when I can exercise is tricky around here. :)
