I've picked 3/4 very short and accessible fandoms, so please - if you've not seen them, enjoy watching them! And please know that I really do not mind which fic you write for me. I believe that all 4 need to exist in the world and any one of them would make me SO happy.
Plot, witty dialogue, action scenes, sex scenes that are plausible, laughter, angst, things that make me cry, moral grays, loyal friends, hard choices, happy endings, quiet moments, and surprise endings.
Incest, underage, irresponsible kink, excessive violence, gore, stereotypes that go unexplored, stories that the author felt trapped into writing!
My requests were pretty broad, but allow me to expand a bit:
Crossfire: Music Video
Anything. I want to know how these characters met; why they're together; if they're together; why the ninjas are after Brandon Flowers; how Charlize Theron became his bodyguard; why she keeps rescuing him.
I mean anything. If you'd like to focus on just one or the other of them, that would be great, too. I'd probably prefer Charlize Theron, but I would be ecstatic over a Brendon Flowers fic, too. Background, future fic, why he gets that ridiculous grin on his face everytime she shows up to rescue him, the look of baffled, but accepting, amazement when he’s upside down on her face.
I’m not a huge fan of RPF generally, but in this case, I’d be willing to see what you could do with it, if that’s the route you choose. I just ask that there still be ninjas. :)
A Dustland Fairytale: Music Video
There isn't much you could write that I wouldn't want to read. I most want to know backstory, but if you picked up at the end of the video and kept going, I'd be thrilled.
This cannon is pretty dark, so feel free to write a fic that is pretty dark if you want. The only thing I'm a bit hesitant about is glossing over the impact of what happened. In otherwords, please don't downplay the fact that Joe killed Billy (or at least, stabbed him and spent a lot of time in jail for it).
I am open to M/F, M/M, or M/M/F for this particular music video, as I could see all of those interpretations. I wouldn’t shy away from a story about Joey in prison, either, if that’s what you want to do – as long as the story at least explores some parts of his relationships with Joey and the Brunette.
Despicable Me (2010)
The minute this movie ended, I wanted to know more about the family that Gru created for himself. In particular, I want to know how he copes being the father of three teenage girls. I would love anything, though, dealing with the ramifications of adoption and the act of choosing family.
And if the girls want to grow up and be criminal masterminds? EVEN BETTER.
I think I covered everything in my sign up. The only thing I will add is that I would really prefer if you stay away from Gru/any of the girls, even if they are aged up. Thanks.
Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends
This was the series that made me fall for comics. This is definitely the series that made Bobby Drake my favorite X-man.
I confess I ship him with Peter Parker hard and if you want to write me that, I'd be happy x 1,000. But, I would also really like to see a story of their friendship with each other, their friendship with Angelica, their lives as mutants/metas and how they deal with it, and general shenanigans.
In other words, anything goes.
I think I’ve asked for this story about a thousand times in every ficathon I have ever been able to fit it in. I’ve never gotten it. If you write this, you can write anything you damn well please. And I will LOVE YOU FOREVER.
