bewizeI have a new laptop and I cannot get the mouse function on the little mouse board thingie to scroll.
Help? Please?
Where do I go so that I can frigging scroll?
And on that note, I've got a MIcrosoft wireless mouse that seems to have installed, but I can't the damn mouse to work.
I'm very frustrated...

Date: 2010-11-21 11:44 pm (UTC)If it's a Synaptics trackpad, and it have multitouch installed, you can draw a clockwise circle to scroll down (counter-clockwise for up).
Some have an area on the far right of the track pad that if you slide your finger up/down, it'll scroll up/down.
For the MS mouse, when you plug it in does your laptop make a noise? If so, what kind of noise (a kind of daDUM or a da-da-da)
Make/model and operating system is really needed =D
