If you put the call on speaker phone, really loud, you can just use the native voice recorder, it should pick up everything. I'd suggest experimenting before using it for real, though.

Only the newest of the Android phones have this capability built into them, earlier versions sent the input and output through different paths, so they couldn't be recorded at the same time.
