I feel the urge to cook/bake something.

I'm taking suggestions (or, if you're close enough, requests).

Fair warning: It may come out well. It may not. That is the risk you take! Bwahahahaha.

So, let's have it. I can at least take pictures and share. XD

My go to is always cookies, because raw cookie dough freezes well for later use and warm cookies are delicious.

Any specific kind? I found some that are WW friendly that I may try for a party this weekend anyway, but I'm up for suggestions.

My favorite cookie recipes [no. 3-5]! (i can't speak to WW-friendly, though.) (Also you might not get to the ginger cookie recipe because of the DDoS attacks at LJ.) Today, I would say making a cookie dough base from the choc chip recipe and then, instead, of using chocolate chips, adding chopped up chocolate bar of yumminess for whatever kind of extra added ommph you're in the mood for. (I use about two bars per batch of cookie dough base, although it varies depending on how strongly the taste of the bars permeates the cookie - orange-based and curry-based can use a lighter hand.)

Ha! I'm making cranberry quick bread at this very moment! I never bake.

Of course this "baking" means dumping a box of Pillsbury mix into a bowl and stirring in oil, eggs and water. I do have a from-scratch brownie recipe which is a lot of work, but so much better than a box mix that it's worth it.
